Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the fbvip124 platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

2.4 This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern.

3.3 Providing false information during registration — including misrepresentation of age — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. fbvip124 reserves the right to immediately terminate any Account established through misrepresentation, to void all associated wagers and winnings, and to retain deposited funds pending investigation as may be required by applicable law and anti-money laundering regulations.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the fbvip124 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts attributable to a single individual constitutes a breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, fbvip124 may, at its sole discretion: (a) merge all accounts into a single account; (b) void winnings arising from the duplicate account; (c) permanently close all associated accounts; or (d) any combination thereof.
4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fbvip124 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify fbvip124 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. fbvip124 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time, and in any event prior to the processing of the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, and UMID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or permit any other person to use your Account.
5.1 fbvip124 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) one hundred (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the deposit interface.
5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited. Detection of third-party funding may result in Account suspension and the return of funds pending identity verification.
5.4 fbvip124 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which fbvip124 assumes no responsibility.
5.5 fbvip124 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to be linked to fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name that corresponds to the Player's registered KYC details. fbvip124 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week may apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. VIP tier Players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
6.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's Account has been fully verified under KYC procedures (Section 4.4). fbvip124 is not liable for any delays attributable to the Player's failure to complete verification.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals targeting verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
6.5 fbvip124 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (b) the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal consists entirely or substantially of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement; or (d) required KYC documentation has not been provided.
6.6 Only the Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal. Bonus Balance must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement before it becomes withdrawable.
7.1 fbvip124 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the promotion's specific landing page on the Platform.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Where no promotion-specific wagering requirement is stated, a default 20× (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all game categories contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Playing a game with 0% contribution does not advance the wagering requirement.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. fbvip124 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using automated betting strategies to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk; reverse engineering bonus terms through coordinated play; and collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.5 fbvip124 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice where continued operation of the promotion would result in manifest error, system abuse, or financial harm to the Company.
8.1 All games available on the fbvip124 Platform are operated under the rules of the respective Game Provider. By participating in any game, the Player accepts the rules of that game as published. In cases of dispute, the Game Provider's server-side data constitutes the authoritative record of all game outcomes.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during gameplay, fbvip124 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game and resolve the situation fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, fbvip124 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. No further compensation will be due.
8.3 Manifestly Incorrect Odds. If a betting market is posted with manifestly erroneous odds (for example, as a result of a system error), fbvip124 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and void resulting winnings, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game and betting market carries minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed in the game interface. fbvip124 reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion.
9.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with their use of the fbvip124 Platform:

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements.
11.2 Termination by fbvip124. fbvip124 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
11.3 Where an Account is terminated by fbvip124 for cause, all Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. The treatment of Real Money Balance in such circumstances will depend on the nature and severity of the breach and any applicable legal requirements.
12.1 The fbvip124 Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbvip124 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 fbvip124 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether fbvip124 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
12.3 Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, fbvip124's aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 fbvip124 is not responsible for any losses arising from: (a) Internet connectivity failures; (b) Player hardware or software failures; (c) Force majeure events; or (d) Third-party payment provider errors or delays.
13.1 All content on the fbvip124 Platform — including but not limited to the fbvip124 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the property of fbvip124 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without fbvip124's express written consent.
13.3 Game software, visuals, and mechanics are the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers and are subject to their own licensing agreements with fbvip124. Players may not copy, extract, or reverse-engineer any game software.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Dispute Process. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or the Player's use of the fbvip124 Platform, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to fbvip124 customer support. fbvip124 undertakes to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section prevents fbvip124 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce its rights under this Agreement.
15.1 fbvip124 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at fbvip124.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.3 By continuing to use the fbvip124 Platform after any amendment takes effect, you accept the amended Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
